We are RPE GROUP also known as RPE-Engineering, Engineering & Contractor Companies for oil and gas industry immediately looking for several positions:


1.Construction manager

· Minimum Bachelor Degree from related major) Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineerng
· Min. 15 years experience in EPCI company with experinece in handling at least 2 large scale of EPCI Project.
· Competent in coordinating and overseeing multi discipline engineers
· Knowledgeable in Manpower, Cost Time and Resources (CTR), Work scheduling, Engineering, Performance and HSE concepts
· Knowledgeable in Maintenance of Contract documentation, and management concepts
· Familiar with Microsoft Office, application of relevant design programs and Auto Cad


2. Cost Control

· Minimum 3 years of broad experience in the same position in oil & gas industry.
· Engineering Degree (S1), Preferable from Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
· Experience with project control software programs.



3. HSE Manager

· Minimum Bachelor Degree
· Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position in oil and gas industry
· Experience in conduct HSE policy and procedures
· Strong Leadership
· Implement HSE policy & Procedure to maintain work environment safely.
· Eliminate any fatality and DAWC case


4. Process Engineer

· Bachelor of science Degree in Chemical Engineering with
· min. 4 years experience in upstream engineering and design of oil & gas
· Familiar with related standard and codes
· Good command in English
· Good computer literacy and other proficient related software


5. Sr. Proposal & Bid Estimator Engineer

Responsibilities

· Preparing Technical Proposal with Operation Dept (e.g. Project Execution and Quality Plan)
· Liaise with internal departments (QHSE, Engineering, Finance &Accounting, Procurement) regarding tender requirements that must be fulfilled by internal departments and compile them into a proposal package that met these tender requirements within the agreed deadlines.

· Assisting with coordination of all pre-award correspondence with the client.
· Assisting with tender pre-qualification submissions.
· Updating the Proposals Leader/Tender Manager on a regular basis about progress and areas of difficulty.
· Providing input for the estimating process and reviewing output.
· Assisting in the coordination of full handover to the Project Manager after award

Requirement
· Bachelor degree in engineering
· Minimum 5 years experience as proposal & bid estimator engineer in oil & gas industry
· Good Command in english passive & active is a must
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good computer literacy


6. Procurement Engineer

· Hold Bachelor Degrees from Economics / Engineering.
· Experience min. 5 years in Oil & Gas/ contractor Company as Procurement/Purchasing.
· Understand about supply chain management.
· Have good understanding on PTK 007 and other regulation related to Oil & Gas industry.
· Have good negotiation and communication skills.
· Have knowledge and involved in tender submission will be preferred.


7. Installation Engineer

· Bachelor degree in Engineering
· Having 2-3 years experience in installation, construction, and equipment modification especially in mechanical equipment in oil & gas industry
· Able to make installation procedure



8. Document Control

· Bachelor or Diploma Degree with min. 5 years experience for oil & gas Projects
· Good command in English
· Good computer literacy and other proficient related software

9. Accounting Officer

· Preferably holds a minimum of S1 degree in Finance & Accounting
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Having minimum 3 years in same position
· Understand and have experience in performing a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department
· Knowledge in Indonesian tax system regulation will be a great plus
· Able to work in team as well as individual
· Knowledge of SAP accounting software is preferred
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
· Posses high integrity, honest, creativity, target oriented, self driven with a sense of belonging and commitment


10. Secretary

· Diploma degree with min. 2 years experience as secretary in marketing department
· Experience in preparing bid/ tender document in EPCI Oil&gas company will be an advantage
· Good Command in english passive & active is a must
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good computer literacy


11. HR Officer

· Bachelor Degree in psychology from reputable university
· Have minimum 3 year experience in HR especially in recruitment area in EPCI for oil & gas industry
· Good command in English
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
· Good computer literacy
