Management Trainee

( Penang )

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage production
  • Analyze daily production data
  • To control WIP trend and raw glass
  • Responsible to make polishing sample
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement plan

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufact uring Engineering, Mathematics/ Statistics or equivalent.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to live in Penang-Malaysia (based on contract 1-2 years)
