The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following:
1. Perform and record tests on production samples from each cast to ensure compliance to the related specification
2. Monitor and inform any surface abnormalities, yield and tensile values on the samples to mill and QC inspector to ensure follow up and corrective action
3. Store each cast mechanical test results in Sap to enable printing of test certificates to customers
4. Carry out non routine tests for samples from mills, QC. To enable inspector to make decision on held bundles
5. Preserve the samples in case of any lap opening in bend test, bad steel and similar problems for inspection by Dept. Manager to take corrective measures
6. Carryout routine Maintenance on testing and measuring equipment
