Our client, a manufacturing of Protective Coating Process, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position:



1. Production Assistant Manager (Code: PAM) – JAKARTA BASED

Job Function:
· Manage and direct the paint dispersion, blending and paint filling operation factory.
· Analyze manpower and equipment requirements to meet Customer driven production schedule.
· Staff, develop and train department personnel to work safely and to ensure Product consistency.
· Implement formal Quality Process by leading productivity, manufacturing consistency, and cycle time and waste reduction initiatives in the respective areas.
· Define requirements and establish culture of root cause analysis and corrective action.
· Collaborate with Technical to refine processing of existing products as well as ensure smooth introduction of new products.
· Responsible for process mapping, establishing quality work instructions and conducting operator training to ensure compliance with SBU goals for EHS, Customer Service, Quality, Costs, and Housekeeping.
· Make equipment recommendations and direct process improvement efforts through lean enterprise.

Requirements:

· Male, Degree in Chemical Engineering, chemistry or equivalent.
· At least 3 years experience in Plant Operations Management and Engineering. Good communication and people skills including labor relations Chemical Industry is an added advantage
· Production background no less than 6 years
· Details logistic Planning (PPIC)
· Will be the Hub person between Sales – Production and Plant
· Good English skills & Computer literate
· SAP Knowledge
· Familiar with Environmental Health & Safety Management

· Take Responsibility, Mobilize Resources, Develop Others, Size Up Situations, Solve Problems and Attend to Details.



2. Lean Manager (Code: LM) – JAKARTA BASED

Job Function:

· Facilitation and implementation of the Lean through Rapid Improvement Workshops and other lean tools by value stream / Working Cell.
· Facilitate or drive Value Stream Mapping and other lean tools in all cells to define improvement actions and follow it to close.
· Facilitator will teach & facilitate the use of various structured problem solving techniques, team effectiveness techniques and drive the workshop participants to implement lean tools using team ideas and solutions that will achieve real and sustainable improvements in the manufacturing capacity, quality and cost.
· Document all the best practice, maintain the information and share among organization.

Requirements:

· Male, Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent; experience in plant operations management including human resources and labor relations experience. Technical knowledge of paint technology is an added advantage.

· Expertise in Lean, Quality & Performance improvement processes

· Minimum of 2 years experience on manufacturing operations

· Minimum of 2 years experience to facilitate or lead the Kaizen / continues improvement workshop.

· Ability to plan and set target at operational cell level, and drive execution of improvement plans

· Chemistry or Engineering tertiary level degree would be preferred.

· Ability to effectively facilitate cross functional teams in a process improvement workshop

· Working knowledge of how to facilitate/lead organizational change initiatives

· Ability to work under multi-culture environment

· English Fluent. Ability of Mandarin is a plus.

· Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems.

· Any experience on 6-Sigma is plus

· Any training experience and ability is plus

· Willing to travel for short period

Job Title : Client Service Executive Trainee
Department : Marketing and CS Department

Job Summary:

Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Client Servicing

§ Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.

§ Serve as primary contact to client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.

§ Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards.

§ Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis.

§ Communicate client needs to appropriate team members.

§ Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff.

§ Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc.

§ Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the regional client service standards.

Functional / Technical

§ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.

§ Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests.

§ Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues.

§ Manage assigned project independently.

§ Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness.

§ Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed.

§ Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

§ S-1 from reputable university.

§ Minimum 2 years experience in multinational company environment.

§ Familiar with Media Industry especially Television Industry.

§ Basic knowledge of statistics.

§ Entry level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.

§ Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
