Riset yang diselenggarakan oleh Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), konsultan global Cisco, mensurvei 1.055 nasabah di Amerika Serikat dengan pertanyaan seputar pemahaman prioritas keuangan, ekspektasi layanan dari bank, pemakaian video dan pilihan moda interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nasabah dari Gen Y mempercayai bank mereka meskipun terjadi kemunduran ekonomi belakangan ini, namun tetap membutuhkan bantuan bank dalam membuat keputusan penting finansial mereka.
Gen Y Akan Mengubah Perbankan Ritel
Nasabah dari generasi muda menggunakan teknologi komunikasi baru seperti video dan memiliki perilaku online pada tingkat yang begitu mengagumkan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa Gen Y akan memberikan dampak besar pada perbankan yaitu membuak peluang peningkatan pendapatan. Pengurangan hutang, pengelolaan pengeluaran dan pemahaman financial adalah prioritas utama dari perhatian nasabah generasi muda. Temuan dari riset dapat dilihat dibawah ini:
Gen Y Menginginkan Saran Keuangan Melalui Video dan Telepon Selular
Lebih dari 50 persen Gen Y memiliki webcam, dibandingkan dengan generasi boomer dan silver yang hanya kurang dari sepertiganya.
20 persen dari Gen Y mengunjungi Youtube beberapa kali dalam sehari (lima kali lebih sering dibandingkan dengan generasi boomer dan silver).
97 persen Gen Y menggunakan telepon selular.
Gen Y Menyukai Mendapatkan Saran Keuangan dari Video dan Komunitas Virtual
Hampir 40 persen pelanggan Gen Y tertarik pada interaksi dengan penasehat keuangan melalui video, dibandingkan dengan 17 persen bagi generasi boomer dan silver.
Pelanggan Gen Y empat kali lebih banyak menanyakan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan keuangan melalui blog atau forum online dibandingkan dengan generasi boomer dan silver.
40 persen nasabah Gen Y menggunakan perangkat personal financial management (PFM) berbasis web untuk mengelola pengeluaran, mengurangi hutang, dan memaksimalkan simpanan jangka panjang.
Gen Y Menginginkan Saran dari Bank Mereka
Lebih dari 33 persen Gen Y menganggap bank sebagai institusi yang memberikan nasihat prosefional.
85 persen dari Gen Y puas atau sangat puas dengan penyedia layanan finansial mereka saat ini.
Gen Y Membutuhkan Bantuan dalam Membuat Keputusan Finansial
Lebih dari sepertiga nasabah Gen Y percaya mereka butuh bantuan dalam mengelola masalah finansial mereka, sementara kurang dari seperlima dari generasi baby boomer dan silver mereasakan hal yang sama.
Nasabah Gen Y menghargai nasehat finansial dari teman dan keluarga tiga kali lebih banyak diabndingkan generasi boomer dan silver.
Perbankan Ritel yang Inovatif Akan Menarik Gen Y
Sementara rata-rata Gen Y puas dengan kinerja bank mereka, 26 persen lainnya akan berpikir untuk beralih jika mendapatkan nilai lebih. Untuk memanfaatkan peluang ini, Cisco IBSG merekomendasikan bank-bank untuk menciptakan proposisi nilai lebih yang memenuhi kebutuhan seperti diperlukan oleh Gen Y untuk membantu mengelola keuangan mereka, hutang dan pengeluaran dengan menawarkan nasihat profesional dalam cara yang menarik buat mereka. Bank harus memperhatikan tiga hal utama untuk mengembangkan pendekatan baru ini:
Menawarkan Personal Financial Managemen (PFM) Guna Memberikan Kendali bagi Nasabah: Menawarkan penasihat keuangan yang dapat dipersonalisasi menggunakan platform Internet. Menyediakan fitur PFM pada platform mobile yang memungkinkan real-time alert, tinjauan dan membuat keputusan.
Meningkatkan Hubungan dengan Nasabah Menggunakan Video Berdefinisi Tinggi: Komunikasi menggunakan video berdefinisi tinggi memberikan peluang bagi nasabah generasi muda untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan penasihat keuangan. Pada awalnya, layanan video ini dapat ditempatkan di kantor cabang utama yang memiliki nasabah dengan perilaku berInternet tinggi serta melayani nasabah perusahaan berskala kecil dan menengah. Setelah layanan lewat video semakin banyak digunakan, kembangkan layanan ini agar dapat diakses oleh pelanggan dari rumah atau perangkat mobile mereka.

Metodologi Studi
Studi dari Cisco IBSG mensurvei 1.055 nasabah di Ameriak Serikat berusia 18 dan lebih tua. Survei dengan 75 pertanyaan ditujukan kepada pada generasi berbeda yaitu Gen Y (nasabah yang lahir antara tahun 1980 sampai 1992), Gen X (yang lahir antara tahun 1960 dan 1979), boomers/silvers (mereka yang lahir sebelum tahun 1960) untuk mendapatkan gambaran akurat tentang preferensi dari masing-masing generasi dan tren dalam layanan finansial ritel. JAKARTA, Indonesia—22 Maret 2010—NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP) hari ini mengumumkan bahwa mereka telah memperluas Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) dan penawaran produk Data Center Bridging (DCB) dengan bantuan dari mitra solusinya yaitu Brocade, Emulex, dan VMware. Pelanggan NetApp sekarang akan memiliki lebih banyak pilihan untuk membangun end-to-end infrastuktur FCoE yang lengkap serta menyatukan arsitektur Ethernet dan Fibre Channel mereka.
NetApp, pionir dan pemimpin dalam storage Ethernet, akan terus memajukan teknologi dengan memperluas portfolio produk disertai dukungan dari mitra solusinya. Sebagai bagian dari perluasan ini, NetApp akan mulai menjual kembali Converged Network Adapter (CNA) baru dari Emulex, dan merupakan yang pertama diantara para vendor storage untuk mendukung VMware® vSphere™ 4 dalam lingkungan FCoE. Dengan NetApp dan mitra solusinya, pelanggan dapat membangun infrastruktur FCoE yang end-to-end sementara tetap mendukung investasi Fibre Channel yang telah ada dan mengambil pendekatan bertahap untuk konsolidasi pusat data mereka di sekitar Ethernet. Responsibilities:
* Achieve the advertisement sales target
* Prepares and conducts client presentations as well as ensures that campaigns receive input from potential customers and are accurately focused
* Search and maintain client based on personal networking
* Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor degree, with minimum 1 year experience in sales.
* Have a good relationship with Advertising Agencies and possessing a wide network
* Have an excellent sales record and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated, passionate in sales field with strong target oriented
* Pleasant personality, good performance, interactive and high motivation
* Ability to take initiative and work independently or in a team
* Good command in written and spoken in English
