Cook & Cook Helper

Requirements:

- Male, age max. 28 years old
- High School/SMIP preferred Hotel & Tourism
- Experience 1 year preferred in Hotel or Seafood Restaurant
- Good communication skills, creative, innovative and guest service oriented

Research & Development

Requirements:

- Male/ Female, maximum 28 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major ing Food Technology, min. GPA 3.00
- Proficient in English and Computer Literate
- 1 years experience in food industry or fresh graduate are welcome to applied .
- Creative and innovative, have marketing sense and like working in Research Laboratory
- Can work under pressure, deadline and have high motivation
- Familiar with research method and statistical tools


RESTAURANT MANAGER

Requirements:
- Male/female, age between 25-35 years old
- Education D3 majoring Tourism or Hotel industry
- Have 3-5 years working experience, preferred in hotel or seafood restaurant
- Good knowledge on implementing ISO 9001:2000, HACCP System or other quality management system requirement
- Understanding on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practises) & Food Hygiene of production, services processing by HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control point), System and Quality & Food Safety Management System
- Innovative, communicative, highly motivated, open minded, creative, independent and trustworthy
- Strong management skill and leadership, good team leader, responsible and team work oriented, high integrity and professionally person
- Excellent problem solving skills and capability to work in a high pressured environment
- Fluent in English, verbal and written, are a must
- Computer literate
- Good marketing knowledge and capable to create training program to improve staff knowledge
- Work location in Jakarta or Bandung
